    Just a 10-minute walk away there was Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station. Overall it was fashionable and huge with balcony and large bathroom. A hairdryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower were a plus.

    I almost left a glowing review, till i realized the breakfast was a clear 0/10. Not to mention, no one bothered to help with my luggage. With the pool being an extra 25€/person, i was left wondering if this hotel actually understands 5-star treatment. What a shame.

    The suite offered a modern design with generous space. Comfortable furnishings paired with a nice aesthetic made relaxing easy.

    Access to both the swimming pool and parking came at an additional cost of 25€ per person, which feels excessive for a supposed five-star hotel. The view from the balcony was misleading, as it overlooked a parking lot instead of the scenic old city you'd expect.

    The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town. My suite was spacious and modern, with a great balcony. The super nice team, especially Luigi, were pretty good for us. Breakfast was tasty too 😊

    All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

    This hotel was excellent! Newly built and modern, it provided all the comforts one could desire. Our spacious King Suite came with an outdoor balcony, and the cozy breakfast area outdoors set a lovely atmosphere. Plus, the staff were really good, always ready to assist. Perfectly positioned a minute away from the ancient city!

    Positive, I loved the spacious Comfort Suite. The super nice team, especially Luigi, who went the extra mile. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The location was just a stroll away from the sights. Great parking made everything easy 😊
